Happy Sunday December 1st from Ohio. Basketball season is in full swing and we have started our season. I wanted to share a new shooting drill we have been using in practice that we stole from Pat Estepp, from Cedarville University (he stole it from Chris Oliver founder of basketball immersion). It has been good for our team so far. The video is: https://youtu.be/cSpUM7XEfQk Thank you for following along Nate Click here for past issues: Old Newsletters Link: Prior documents link:

Here in Ohio the boys state championships are being held this weekend in Columbus. This past summer many of the coaches who worked our camps had great years. Greg Nossaman of Olentangy Liberty plays this Friday in the state semi final game of Division 1. Brett Seidel of South Central High School, Joe Bedingfield and Dave Hirschy from Willard High School, and Abram Kaple of Buckeye Central all made the Regional Tournament, (the Sweet 16). Congratulations to on their success this year and good luck Coach Nossaman this weekend.

Happy New Year, I haven't sent out a update in while. Attached are 6 quotes we have used this season, and 4 player work out / drill packet. The packet is 24 pages long, and I have changed the format a little. I have divided up the sections by years. There may be some repeated drills, but I wanted to share some drills out. As usual email me with questions and feel free to share. Thanks again and have a great weekend. Nate Prior documents link: |
