Happy Sunday December 1st from Ohio.  Basketball season is in full swing and we have started our season.  I wanted to share a new shooting drill we have been using in practice that we stole from Pat Estepp, from Cedarville University (he stole it from Chris Oliver founder of basketball immersion).  It has been good for our team so far.
