With how many good coaching nuggets Thibs dispenses, the transcript is practically a coaches clinic in its own right. Great stuff on Thibs’ “daily improvement” mantra, working with young players, communicating with your players, how players can develop their leadership skills and where the T-Wolves need to improve defensively. Definitely one of the better articles I’ve linked to lately. The Q&A is broken into two parts with my notes from the two sections appearing in the embedded PDF.
